  1. I was very fortunate to attend Simon’s cooking class last Friday evening.
I went along to learn how to roll out my pizza bases and to look with a different aspect of flavours.
Well I was in for a treat as we not only learnt how to produce a nice pizza, we also made an outstanding risotto with a beautiful salad.
I also consider myself as a reasonably good steak cook but I learnt of few tricks here as well.
Overall my Daughter and I had a great evening, learning lots for that, summer BBQ and had a heap of fun.
Simon and his team made us feel very relaxed.
A must do and I can’t wait for our next one.
