Floral notes and intense sweet berry aromas; a dry palate that’s creamy with good acidity

The palate is full, rich and round. All of the aromatic notes follow through to the palate along with other flavour layers such as flowers, nuts and stone fruits. Sweetness and texture come from both the fruit and oak.

Citrus peel, fig, tropical fruits, and toasty oak. A hint of struck match flintiness. A full palate texture, integrated with seamless finish.

A concentrated fruit driven wine of ripe red berries and dark fruits that fill the palate showing delicate tannin and savoury oak notes to finish.

Dark berry fruits such as raspberry and blackberry. Complexity primarily comes from the savoury notes from the yeast lees aging and the fermentation solids that have carried through to barrel.
