Zaroa NZ is a new start-up created by Master of Meats Wilhelm Zabern, a Master Butcher from Austria who has been living in New Zealand for over 30 years. Moving away from pork, the Master Crafted Artisan Meat products are made from 100% grass fed free range New Zealand beef, lamb and venison.


Dry marinated Venison Shank that has been Sous Vide Cooked for 18 hours.

Ready to re-heat, ready to eat and prepared in 25 minutes. Simply put the brisket bag in a pot of simmering water and prepare your other food. Take the bag out of the water, slice open and serve. Use the juices from the bag and add starch to make a beautiful gravy.

Keep Refrigerated between 1-4 degrees. Unopen will have a 3-month shelf life. Can be frozen for 12 months.

Once opened eat within 4 days and leftovers store in a container not in the plastic wrap.
