This item is only available by pre-order and is available for pick-up only. Collection can be arranged from our St Johns Deli (Wednesday–Friday) or Takanini Deli (Tuesday–Friday). Pickup times and dates will be confirmed after your order is placed.

There is limited availability for Christmas and the final week for delivery will be the 9th of December. We kindly ask that you place your order early so we’re able to plan and manage demand. Orders will be closed if maximum capacity is reached. If you are planning on having fresh Akaroa Salmon delivered this year, and want to keep it as fresh as possible between your delivery date and Christmas, we recommend storing it in the freezer as soon as it arrives while it’s at it’s freshest and defrosting it just before you’re ready to use it.
Adding other products to an order containing a pre-ordered item will mean your whole order will ship at the later date, with the pre-ordered item. If you require the other products sooner, we kindly ask that you do a seperate order.

Our fresh whole Akaroa King salmon fillet, weighing between 1-1.2kg, is ideal for making gravlax at home or baking with herbs and lemon for a stunning dinner party centrepiece. The skin is left on, and the pin bones have been carefully hand-removed (please check to ensure none remain).
Our fresh salmon has never been frozen and is fresh-chilled, maintaining its superior quality.
