Description
From our in house brand Sous Chef Chicken Soak is a special blend of herbs and special spices, that when mixed with water to become a marinade for chicken.
After soaking your chicken in this mix overnight, it will be tenderised, plumper and juicier. The marinade also reduces the redness left around the bone of certain cuts such as thighs after they are cooked.
Instructions – Please use 4 TBS of chicken soak powder per 5 litres of water. Fully submerge the chicken (whole) and leave overnight for best results.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and roast with the seasonings of your choice.
