I’ve made this stock with the finest fresh ingredients, a long slow reduction and a lot of care and attention. The Executive Chef strength stock will transform sauces, gravies, casseroles and shanks. One taste will have you baa-ing with joy. Use me for shanks, gravy, pies, casseroles, curry, mince, sauces, couscous, lamb korma, hot pots, marinades, meatballs, and much more.
Price per 100ml resealable pouch – refrigerate after opening and it will fine to use last until the best before date. This stock concentrate makes up to 8 cups or 2 litres of stock.

This is pretty much the only Lamb stock available in NZ and my goodness it rocks. Made Simons Lamb Gravy to go with the Sunday Lamb Roast and it was awesome. Also made that Moroccan Lamb Tagine with this stock, from the recipe on the simongault.com website and it was banging.
