No Bull! It’s real beefy. And it’s because my stock isn’t salty water. It’s a full flavoured beef stock made with real vegetables and NZ beef cooked down to deliver a great tasting product. Use me for soups, gravy, sauces, broths, pies, casseroles, lasagna, curry, nachos, bolognese, osso bucco, meat loaf, stir-fry, slow cooking, minestrone, marinades and much more.
It’s a concentrate and each pouch makes 2 litres of restaurant quality stock or you can add a good squirt directly into the pan for a sensational flavour boost. Enjoy.
Price per 100ml resealable pouch – refrigerate after opening and it will fine to use last until the best before date. This stock concentrate makes up to 8 cups or 2 litres of stock.
