Salsa di Pomodori Verdi – green tomatoes cubed fresh in a sweet and delicate sour sauce made with apple vinegar. Spiced with ginger and mustard, it has a spicy and intense flavour.

Mostly for side dishes with stewed meat and poultry. Ideal with seasoned cheeses (grana padano, montasio, pecorino), and fresh cheeses (ricotta and mascarpone).
