Saporoso 6 year old Italian Balsamic Vinegar is created by combining Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must (juice) and is aged over 6 years in Oak barrels. Smooth, full-bodied and very versatile in the kitchen.
For 160 years, tradition and production secrets have been passed down through the family. Today Massimo, who represents the 5th generation of the family, is the current president of Acetaia Malpighi.
