Description
The Gold Panner, Central Otago Apricot lemon jam is made with local Cromwell ( stone fruit capital of the South) apricots.
These sun – drenched apricots are combined with NZ lemons and softly blended to create a tangy sweet, not overly sweet, spread.
Smothered on thick grain toast, folded through natural yoghurt, used as a glaze on grilled pork/ chicken or serve with pate.
