Made with iconic Central Otago apricots, this pickle has and no added sugar. Instead ‘honey’!
Our raw honey is sourced locally from award winning Branch Creek Honey, Cardrona.
Honey is a natural sweet liquid produced by bees, its sweeter than sugar so less is needed to achieve the same balance.
The intense flavour that you get from Central Otago apricots, Indian spices, garlic, ginger & mild chilli are cooked in small batches and best matched with EVERYTHING!
Cheese, pork, chicken, roast lamb, cold meats, best toastie pickle. Its tangy with a warming spiciness.
