  1. I did not realise until I watched one of Simons videos that salt is “iodine flavoured” they add it in. OMG what a HUGE difference using Murray River Salt. It’s so delicate and delicious. Never going back to plain salt again. Same goes for olive oils and vinegars, one you know you know!
