The Dough Council’s chilled dough is a traditional Italian-based recipe using sourdough and is especially formulated to work from the chiller. There are no artificial preservatives or colouring, there’s no added sugar and the product is suitable for vegans.

The dough can be frozen and will be safe to eat, but as the product contains yeast, this may adversely affect its performance, so we do not recommend it.
