Mexican Chicken and Chorizo Cassoulet Kit


A delicious and easy one pot dinner to get the Fiesta started! Follow along with Simon’s video and create this soul warming dish for your family and friends.

NB. There is plenty of ingredients left over in this pack to recreate this dish a second time!





1 x Kaipara Angus Beef Chorizo Salami – 2 pack. The fermented spicy salami is made with free-range ground beef, paprika and chilli that will bring some spice to your life.

1 x Santagata Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 250ml. NB. If you live locally to the Deli in Takanini, you can bring this bottle in for a refill!

1 x Simon Gault Mexican seasoning – 60g. Pep up tacos, burritos and nachos with some real Mexican zing. Complex blend of 18 ingredients including chilli, smoked paprika, oregano, cumin, chipotle, cinnamon, tomato, garlic and onion.

1 x Spanish Smoked Paprika Piccante (Hot) – 70g. This intensely smoky paprika is rust red in colour and adds a rich robust flavour to many dishes.

1 x Simon Gault Chicken Stock Concentrate – 105g. Made from NZ free range chicken, this concentrate will yield 8 cups of chicken stock.

1 x Italian Chopped Tomatoes – 400g . Sweet and delicious!
