Campo d’Oro Pesto Peperoni with Ricotta and Pecorino Siciliano DOP 180g

A creamy Sicilian pepper pesto made with 40% sweet peppers, ricotta and Pecorino Siciliano DOP. It has a rich, mellow flavour with a gentle touch of chilli, making it an easy way to bring warmth and depth to a simple meal.

How to use it:

Warm gently in a pan and loosen with a splash of pasta water. Toss through cooked pasta until glossy and well coated.

It is particularly good with Liguori Rigatoni, grilled chicken and baby spinach. It also works beautifully spread onto bruschetta, stirred through a pasta bake or used as a sandwich spread.

Liguori Rigatoni is made in Gragnano, Italy, using 100% Italian durum wheat and pure water from the Lattari Mountains.

Bronze-drawn and slowly dried at a low temperature, the ridged tubes are made to hold onto rich sauces. They cook beautifully al dente and are ideal for creamy pestos, slow-cooked ragù and baked pasta dishes.

Easy recipe suggestion:

Cook the rigatoni until al dente and reserve a little pasta water. Grill and slice a chicken breast. Warm Campo d’Oro Pesto Peperoni with a splash of pasta water, toss through the rigatoni and baby spinach until the spinach wilts, then fold through the chicken.
