Ponthier Chilled Strawberry Puree 1kg

Description

This French Ponthier Chilled Strawberry Puree 1kg is made from fruit, picked at maturity, that is finely crushed and to which sugar is added (approximately 10%).  The product contains no additives.

Purees can be used as a substitute for fresh fruit and offer practicality, time saving, food safety, cost control and consistent quality throughout the year. Purees can be used in Cocktails, fruit juices, smoothies, deserts and as fillings for chocolate

Maison Ponthier guarantees strawberry purée with no bitterness, with a fabulous fragrance and a delicious, round, childhood flavour thanks, in particular, to the removal of the seeds (achenes) during the production process. Its texture is perfectly smooth and uniform, its colour pale red, typical of the fleshy fresh fruit. A delight when combined with PONTHIER white peach purée, tomato purée, passion fruit purée or yuzu purée.

The product must be kept refrigerated and used within 3-5 days of opening.
