Back for a limited time in a generous 100g pack, Gault’s Indian Seasoning is the same award-winning blend behind the original Indian Flavour Shot, which received a Silver Medal at the 2023 Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards.

It is a useful one to have in the cupboard when dinner needs a bit more going on. Use it to make an easy chicken curry, stir it through yoghurt for a chicken or salmon marinade, add it to a dressing, season rice or lentils, or mix it through cream cheese for a quick dip.

It also works surprisingly well in scrambled eggs, cheese toasties and savoury baking. Start with a little, taste as you go, and add more if you want a stronger hit.
