Foraged-Midsummer Pickle

This chutney  has a delicious sweet and tangy flavour that sits perfectly between a sweet pickle and a more vinegar-based pickle, making it a favourite for a wide range of tastes.

Its very versatile. It’s wonderful with cheese, adds a burst of flavour to sandwiches, toasties, and burgers, and my personal favourite way to enjoy it is with a fresh salad instead of a dressing. The balance of sweetness and tang brings almost any meal to life, making it a staple you’ll reach for again and again.
