Campo d’Oro Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce 350g

Pair it with Liguori Fettuccine for an easy, very good dinner.

A proper shortcut for the nights when you want a great pasta dinner without making sauce from scratch.

Made in Sicily with cream, butter, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Pecorino, this is a rich, velvety Alfredo sauce with more depth and character than the average jar. The blend of Parmigiano and Pecorino gives it a savoury, slightly sharper finish that works beautifully with broad pasta such as fettuccine or tagliatelle.

How to use it:

Warm the sauce gently in a pan. Cook your pasta until al dente, then add it to the sauce with a splash of the pasta cooking water. Toss until glossy and well coated.

For a simple dinner, finish with grated Parmigiano Reggiano and cracked black pepper. Or add sautéed mushrooms, leftover roast chicken, spinach or a handful of peas.

Also excellent spooned over cauliflower before baking, or used as the base for an easy chicken and mushroom pasta bake.
