The first time I visited Sri Lanka, I embarked on a four-week gastronomic tea tour called The Chef and the Tea Maker, hosted by the Dilmah family. This journey introduced me to the incredible flavours of Sri Lankan cuisine, where bold spices, fragrant herbs, and vibrant ingredients come together to create truly unforgettable dishes.
Inspired by this experience, I bring you a Sri Lankan Orange Kumara Curry—a dish bursting with deep, aromatic flavours. But that’s not all. In this class, I’ll demonstrate how to repurpose this curry into a rich and velvety curry soup—served in Dutch babies, a spectacular and unexpected pairing that will take your entertaining game to the next level.
