Description
If you love the idea of hosting friends but not the idea of being trapped in the kitchen, this is your class. We will cook through a full three course menu designed for ten guests, all built around smart prep so you can actually enjoy the night.
We will create a surprise show stopping entrée, my self saucing salmon with simple but impressive sides, and finish with a Forkin Good skillet cookie. This self-saucing technique locks in incredible flavour and can be cooked on the barbecue or in the oven, giving you the confidence to serve this dish for up to 10 guests at home. The whole idea is to show you how to get the work done ahead of time so when the doorbell goes, you are relaxed, ready and not hiding in the kitchen

Similar to concert tickets, our tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you find yourself unable to attend, feel free to pass your ticket on to someone else. However, please note that this transfer option is only applicable to this specific class.
In the unlikely event that Simon is unable to host the class due to illness, rest assured that your tickets will be fully refunded.
